Our processing plants are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. What is more, the quality management systems we have in place ensure smooth production processes and guarantee product safety. An experienced team of professionals and a group of official veterinarians monitor and control the entire production process, covering the arrival of live animals (ante-mortem inspection), slaughter, carcass quality, post-mortem inspection, carcass and viscera refrigeration, cutting, packaging, and chilling or freezing, getting the product ready to dispatch to customer. Our traceability management system ensures that we are able to easily identify where each and every one of our products comes from. From the farm to the end product. Assuring that we are fully aware of all details concerning the production chain.
